... me joining they start to play game with me. then i decided to return bangalore. they did not pay anythings .i waste 10000 and i did not get anythings .waste of time and money. Guys if you are going to hyderabad ask to pay joining bonus and relocation charge.if they are not ready to pay then do not go to join in onpassive hyderabad . and dont put resignation in your company they asking for immediate joining but you tell after giving me joining i will put resignation in my company.dont go simply to join this company .this company has no registration in mca.so this is fake company. they do not have own building they will call you 91springboard building but there is no company like this i went ther but nothing is there. only i waste time and money. Guys please truely i am telling this is fraud company .all good review given by their own HR and manager. all are fake.believe on my this true review else you will suffer like me.

They did not give salary for 5 months, luckily I got a job and left the company. It's been 9months people have not received salary. Ash mufareh is a froud, so the employees are suffering. They are still struggling with the labour court and police station to get their salaries.

They promise everything but They will not provide salary, Every month they make delay in salary and even they will delay for 3 to 4 months Lot of people resign because of this reasons still they lie that they will provide salary on time but they don't. If people ask more number of times they will relieve them saying not satisfied with work. they will not give any hike or appraisals also.

ONPASIVE is a very flexible work environment, and colleagues create a great ambiance to work. Hr policies are good, Management is quite supportive and provides opportunities if approached. This makes it a very good platform for our carrier development.
