I understand work environment, it's cool no any type complexity here. I learned as many about electric and integration field which is working on microcontroller IC and relays etc.

No one talk any about technically to any employee, no clearification and salary is low.

There’s zero management, work culture is so worst, there’s no job security like don’t have any kind of documentation and company policies they don’t trustworthy own their employees. My seniors was so unhelpful and Communication gap so much.

First thing his company owner was arrogant person and all the time they r planning about their employees. This company don’t follow the management rule if how running company. I made my own mistake which I did join such a organisation.
