Nothing is good about this organisation. Leadership is highly incompetent. They just work like a cartel and blame people who are not part of their group. A proper lala company with no process at all. No transperancy in performance management and everything is at the whim of few people at managerial position. Don't waste crucial period of your career working for this organisation. Managers are looking for scapegoats that they can fire randomly at will to hide their incompetence.

3.Being a "Chatu Employee of your manager" is the only way to be a successful
employee here.
4.Instead of results , they believe in show off of efforts and process constraints
5.They themself not aware about the vision of the company and what's next after 1 year
6.Leaders are totally fine for creating a culture too safe for few employees and at the same time,
few employees are overly pressured
7.Bias behavior is the utmost priority
8.No space for equal & open discussions
They're in a good space industry wise and their salaries are fairly competitive. That's about it.
Dislikes
Extreme micromanagement, poor planning, and terrible employee treatment even for a startup. Projects are planned in an extremely impulsive and inconsistent manner, with approvals required at every level even minute ones, and these approvals never come on time because management is always missing for some reason or the other. Sometimes for weeks. There is no opportunity, authority, or resources to succeed and senior management is oblivious to the fact that they are most often the reason behind this. They set u up for failure the moment you walk in. Employee feedback is treated like a joke at every quarterly or so meeting and everything ask or suggestion is met with "based on our data we don't find this change necessary." Hopeless. The CEO mostly seems like a fair person but overall the leadership team seems to have no idea how to let go and allow people to do their job. It's a miserable experience working for this company. It's in dire need of at the very least competent management.
CTO is the most satanic man in this planet.U will never get a worse boss like the CTO and senior management anywhere else.Stay happy wherever you are just don't make the worst mistake of your life by joining this company

Friday snacks with budget of 30 rs per person.
Dislikes
Management is not honest and transparent.
They make you work hard till appraisals or promotions and then deny by pointing out your recent mistakes.
They intentionally give you bad feedbacks in your appraisal form and then deny the appraisal saying that NPS score is low.
Company is not employee friendly, they are just management friendly.
No one in this company is good manager, they are just bunch of beginners trying to run a business.
Crux is: basic to advance, everything is not worth spending a minute of your precious time
