They're in a good space industry wise and their salaries are fairly competitive. That's about it.

Extreme micromanagement, poor planning, and terrible employee treatment even for a startup. Projects are planned in an extremely impulsive and inconsistent manner, with approvals required at every level even minute ones, and these approvals never come on time because management is always missing for some reason or the other. Sometimes for weeks. There is no opportunity, authority, or resources to succeed and senior management is oblivious to the fact that they are most often the reason behind this. They set u up for failure the moment you walk in. Employee feedback is treated like a joke at every quarterly or so meeting and everything ask or suggestion is met with "based on our data we don't find this change necessary." Hopeless. The CEO mostly seems like a fair person but overall the leadership team seems to have no idea how to let go and allow people to do their job. It's a miserable experience working for this company. It's in dire need of at the very least competent management....Read More
