With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. You have to work day and night. Full politics in organisation. You can not resign on your own will. If you resign you will not get any papers from organisation. I faced this issue in my recent experience.

Dislikes

Tno work balance. Even deduct the salary based on the software they installed in your system. The software will count your productive hours and base on your productive hours you will get your salary.
