No work life balance,only 2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday that too sometimes they expect you to work,long working hours,0 Zero Job Security,Sandwich Leave policy,They include Sunday in their Holiday Calender,Forcebly insisting sandhwich leave even if it not fits on long public holidays like if you have to take 1 day in between or before or after the public holidays

On the whole, working with OneRoof Technologies has been a useful and valuable experience. My time spent here has resulted in one of the best experiences. It has allowed me to not only gain practical skills but also given an opportunity to meet many fantastic people.

in ort they have lots of knowledgeable and skilled employee as an intern i learnt most from the basics and you are looking for an internship this would be a great to you if you wanna learn and enhance your knowledge and skills.

one thing that you don't expect that you will get time for yourself or for other there is no work-life and personal life balance you will just get work-life. and many employees they might be not gone help you in learning or in work they have attitude like that they are great they don't wanna share their knowledge with anyone.

Employee will be able to learn and gain skills as you get to work on multiple projects.

Dislikes

Ort doesn't have management of time for particular project. Everything is dumped onto the employee and he loses focus for a particular project. Multitasking is not an issue but lack of focus is.
