Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have 2.7 yrs experience here but still appraisal and promotion not done . Either who join ed after me got promotion and incentive . No any benefit for L1 noc . Noc management is very bad . I worked on multiple task on L1 desk still not recived for benefit.

Once you join you will come to know how bad politics they do with employees in terms of work and promotion.Also the appraisal is not done timely sometime they don't give appraisal for 2-3 years.

ONEOTT INTERTAINMENT LTD is very nice place for all freshers to grow, multitask in their profile. I left this company just before the lockdown hence, won't able to share any feedback on this. Though it is Hinduja Group company, hence it has job security.
