Respects all cultures and good employee engagement activities. Office is clean and Air Conditionined. We have Coffee/Tea in pantry. Late workers can access food from vending machine.

Dislikes

...and Work starts before training. Late night and weekend works with no extra pay. Delayed reimbursement of salary. Hackathon conducted is pointless and chaotic.

Since 2022 there are no likes in this company

Dislikes

Company has grown to be very much selfish. All I see is only family/friends getting benifits out of the management. Because management/mangers are part of family. Not employee friendly. No proper appraisals. Mangement is useless. No job security. No good benifits. After they work is done they end up kicking employees out. Without any prior notice or by degrading us. Stress / anxiety / mental peace are gone.

Every employee is invested in all the projects is both advantage and disadvantage.

No proper planning. Every policy is implemented based on company policy. Micro management and office politics encouraged by Management.
