They have reduced our salary by 30% even though company has incurred no loss and they have stopped our appraisal cycle for over 6 months now. They are not firing people but by mistreatment, they are forcing people to leave the company. No support through COVID-19 lockdown.

The management staffs are very arrogant and sexist and there is a salary discrepancy among male and female developers of same experience, performance, tech stack.

... in your furture prospects. But it's good for freshers who wants non hectic job. No compensation no benefits are given.

The management is soo poor. The manager never listen. Especially the manager arshleen is very rude and never listens to complain of the employees. They are ready to let people go rather than improving their office.

Organization and Management is good, there are set processes and system. At the same time if you want something to introduce new,you will have enough freedom to do that.Fast track career growth, Employee friendly policies and Steep learning is wat you can count for.

At times handling work load is difficult like any other org. With times you get excel at managing work flow.
