Company has pathetic culture and hire n fire like situation in every roles. There is zero job security and no proper direction of growth in company. Leadership thinks every person is replacable so there is no value even if the amount of effort you spend in any product. Poor leadership like no brainer. Better to just ignore.

- Management keeps on changimg the policies, - The policies are not employee friendly, - Too much micro management, - Few Business Units and Projects are not even having standard Process - Company investing tgeir budget to buy locations ane make the cool offices and giving Poor appriasal by stating "We have budget issue / Company has poor revenue generation this time" - Too many base less meetings or redundent meeting which is wastw of productivity - Nothing new to learn, no growth opportunities. - If employee deserce promotion then they dont give it. IJP is the only way to get promoted. - Shared Resource culture which affects employee to attain mastery in any domain. As every 3 months emolyee's project gets changed due to shared Resource culture.

Work life balance is good. Hybrid work policy is one of the best which I have seen in the industry. Opportunities to learn and grow are good.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not up to the mark, considering the growth of the company. Constant changes in the management structure does affect the working style which is not good and inhibits productivity.

Used to be a better one once, but now is touching so low on compensation, growth, and technology. Management is worst especially with the most immature leader Santhosh. Work in legal domain is the pride and strength of this company. Under this leader and with his idiotic experiments with the team, things are gonna turn soar soon. Most of the employees started quitting under his reign and the existing ones are highly demotivated and unsatisfied. Regional politics also play a vital role in your hikes and promotion.
