Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE COMPANY. BEING A FRESHER IT WAS FUN TO START MY CAREER HERE. I REALLY LIKED THE WORK CULTURE, MY SENIORS AND THE TRAINING GIVEN TO ME UNTIL I UNDERSTOOD MY JOB ROLE. MY DIRECTOR IS A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS MY STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS PROPERLY AND MOTIVATES ME TO DO OUT OF THE BOX THINGS. WE HAD 2 OUTINGS A YEAR WHEREIN WE ALL TEAMMATES GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER WELL.
