...the initial stage of my career. I was even promoted In a period of three months. If you are performing well then the management recognizes you and increases your salary and your position. The staff also is generally warm and supportive. The timings are set in stone from 9:30 to 6:30 PM.

Dislikes

No flexibility in timings. The company never makes you work after 6:30 PM. But also you are not allowed to come late after 9:30 AM. Saturdays are working.
