...orst situation onco spark lifted me up. I will always be grateful to Onco spark. They provide good salary, excellent hike, incentives, bonus, even they provide snacks, tea and coffee for free. The CEO of the company is very down to earth. He is very vey simple and humble. All managers, TL and co-workers also good. I missed Onco spark that's all I can say. Due, to some family issue I could not able to continue with Onco spark. If people need of job I personally advice you to go to Onco spark. Even I referred after I releived. The good things are somehow you can learn by yourself and you can gain experience and knowledge independently that's the only good thing here.

There are constrained opportunities for professional growth and career development within the organization. The organization does not provide a high level of job security. There is a significant presence of internal politics that affects the work environment. The incentive structure is not adequately aligned with performance and contributions. The long distance from home to the workplace (approximately 60 kilometers) presents a significant daily commute burden.

friendly people, they give lot of time to learn we have full freedom to open up our issues regarding work. Conducting celebration (Holly, pongal, Sports, bay decoration on christmas), 100% learning & knowledge worthy.

Always need proof to take leave. Force to come office even in disaster , also they arrange cab to pickup at the time of disaster
