No support at all . This is worst thing I have seen they have taken the advantage of the situation.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal - no appraisals on time , they will ask you to work on weekends ,work after office hours but at the time of appraisal they will forget. Even in covid situation they have asked to work 14-15 hours beacuse of so much of work they have not given the variable part of last year which accounts for 30 percent of your package as till March everything was fine and after two months they have cut 15 percent of salary even for freshers across the board and at one end they are hiring people at other end they are doing these kind of things with their employees .they are taking advantage of this situation

Nothing, your leaders will take your credit and you will get to know after appraisl cycle. Then higher management and hr will say that we know this happened but now nothing can be changed. We will see it next year

Dislikes

Everything, lack of opportunities, no credit for hard work, no transparency, lack of skill development, lack of professional environment
