Nothing is a likely thing in this company. I request to the comments readers. Please don't join this company. It's an humble request. Well in July 2022 I joined this company and within a month happened my accident. And this company provides 15000 check to my father. Well my hospital bill was 2369000 my family sell entire property for my hospital bill. On Direct stay ready to distroy. Next month I will be there and take a big action against you.

Great company to start your career. My team leader and manager are very nice and supportive.

I have seen that some of the team leaders and managers are very harsh with employees. They put intense pressure on them.

My certification was not done...they expect to clear 3 test within a day..how it is possible to just clear all test in one go and expecting to take mock call that perfect....pathetic experience i left my previous organization to base upon that hr himanshu did not informed me that test will take place in a day.....i will suggest not give interview in xdbs there is no job security at all...

I had pathetic experience working with this company..There is no respect given to the employes..Treat like a puppet..At the time of campaign closure the TLs SME jus torcher employes extends the shifts for 2 hr daily ...Work culture very bad..After working for 1+ years they don't even give the appraisals and there is no job security.When these people will say you to exit don't know..

Poor management policy. Everyday after complete the shift management forced to work for more one hour. If any employee has any type of harrasment issue then always Director save their management. They generally give the thread of legal action against the employees.
