The respect they give to an employee, be it at individual level, respect for your personal time, open door policy, fostering team spirit, empathy, believe in the employee (there is no micro mgmt by senior here Work Life Balance is great here...

Salary and compensation in Omya INKG kagithapuram karur(TNPL onsite) especially for production department is not good. For executive cadre Engineering employees they are providing remunerations less than a casual labour in other MNCs
