Didn’t like any thing, very poor management.

Management, work environment . 1. About the salary don’t ever expect timing salary, they commit to provide salary on 7th of each month and salary got credited 27th of each month almost after 2 month in Diwali also. I have all the my bank proof for my salary credited late in this 6 month. 2. Firstly when I joined I confirmed about the keeping phone aside will be not okay with me due to my family responsibilities. At that time they agrees to my condition after that every month of staring they pressurised to keep a side mobile phone every time I denied but they agreed bcoz there where work in my department. In last month in B2B there is less work in my department due to there poor management of order delivery and the quality’s of fabric. All the client got negative. Before Diwali I my self ask them that if you are having a problem with keeping phone aside then let me know I will find another job but at that time they agreed bcoz of Diwali work pressure. And sudden when I go to ofc after Diwali holidays they call me at 3 PM and ask me to resign bcoz of phone usage. This was their excuse only bcoz other employees are also using and keeping phone with them. They know that they don’t deliver proper order in B2B for at least next 4 5 months so they asked me to resign. My question is if you don’t have any proper management then why you are hiring the employee for that position?? I am very polite employee I don’t argue with them and give resign and they free me at 4 PM on the same day. In my career history I don’t see this type of behaviour. This is of course not my first job. The person with responsibility don’t bare sudden resign. How I will manage my responsibilities with sudden resign.

No salary hike and Dirt politics, don't have salary on time . Staff salary will be paid middle of month. No leave as per your emargency.very critical work with this company... management is not good.
