Politics They promote new joiners rather than old employees. They recruit new employee at high salary but not increase salary of old employees which are working there from many years. Forcing to work extra hours after working hours & holidays.

1) Not able to get an overseas travel opportunity. 2) Increment was not satisfactory after majority stake acquired by Japanese management. 3) The treatment received from HR Head was not good. 4) The company is Japanese MNC however management is Indian style.
