Good interpersonal clients, expanding very fast. Can work freely.

Dislikes

Without meeting and planning doing work. Not following hierarchy, not following professionalism. Hiring telented people but they can't utilise their experience in the company. Sudden work changed daily. Not willing to balance personal life of employees.
