There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...always pressure of customer Samples and queries to resolve in timeline schedule.the compensation is average so growth is slow.

Not good for newcomers. Work culture is terrible. Seniors are not supportive and can judge you based on your appearance. Typical local attitudes are prevalent, and the unlimited leave policy is the most disliked aspect.

Our Omni starting at the time of 2016 aug carrying and bonding with employees are very good but now very very worst behavior.. Any problem arriving in department side manager and management reply answer u can resign ur job u resign ur job that only answer from manager and management what happened what problem arriving in department nobody's not searching asking that's why main problem in Omni management side Really am saying nobody now come to omni activities company don't spoiled ur job career
