Initially they had good work culture and were employee friendly. However things changed.

...vior. The company has a very poor management system who have internal hostility. They pay their employees 50% salary for WFH and are very proud about it and can stoop so down just to prove than paying half salary is right. The organisation claims to be employee centric while they did not even give WFH for both the lockdown periods. They called everybody to office and people who did not come were pressurised come to office and given 50% salary. One of the management members also tracks her/her team's WhatsApp messages just to find out what are the employees up to. I think the person is committing a crime of invading the privacy of te employee. They take out grudges on employees. I know people who were not even given their FnF amount. Every now and then they fire employees and then call a meeting where they threaten employees and use abusive language. I will not recommend anybody to work there. This was a good company earlier. However some addition to the management has made the culture really bad.

I have had a wonderful time at OML. Starting from the captain, every staff there was very good, we formed a good bond. All in all I spent a quality time there. Its a great journy for me. Thank you.

they want us to work even of are on our way home or even if we are sleeping. they want us to reply or to entertain all the creeps that text us on their stupid and no functional app. They will disrespect you, show you no regard for your work, abuse you in front of the whole team, and advertise that they have the best environment Nividita, or whatever the name of the female manger is. She is dumb and thinks she knows everything but trust me she is the worst thing happened to OML after their CEO. OOh also if you are a female please be ready to get harraseed here

I was working on a tech account. So, got ample opportunities to travel and explore new places. That’s the only good thing about that place.

Zero empathy, employees are treated like machines, there’s work on the weekens which makes it 7 days working for some, extremely long working hours.
