Only data entry work given to me no technical work given as I’m civil engineer very short tempered boss no salary increment no promotion’s no salary for over time

Working with engineering department is became worse culture. Policies on paper not implemented. You must have god father at senior level otherwise any point of time management will asked you to put a resignation. You cannot even take weekly off, head may ask you to come on work.

Nothing !! Even the HR doesn’t take action against the employee harassing !! Women seniors are harassing male juniors only to show power!

Horrible legal team!! Many elements are in the organisation only bcz their HOD would back them and not on merit!! They make others life a living hell.
