Job security is uncertain, with no recognition for performance, and the inconsistent salary dtaes make financial planning challenging. Hr's unresponsiveness adds to the frustration.

Sometime tasks can be overwhelming, and may need to work overtime. Buts is a common thing across every org so not a big issue anyways

The work culture here is great , offering an environment where learning and growth are both rapid and continuous . We get entrusted with significant responsibilities even as freshers . Colleagues and seniors here are very helpful and friendly !
