I Joined this organization in Oct-18, possessing many aspirations and career growth mindset. However, it turned out terribly bad, many employees here are from various parts of INDIA(mostly women)... and the concern here is the company is not in a position to PAY the regular remuneration on time. Every employee here in this organization is possibly thinking to move out(but bounded by commitments, they're not).

NO JOB SECURITY, SALARY NOT on TIME, NO AUTHORITY TO even SENIOR MANAGERS to MAKE BIGGER and BOLD Decisions, many more.

Worst company i never seen before, everyday new criteria, every month salary deductions minimum 50% to 90%. No HR policy, no management, no hikes process. Main thing HR persons are very irrespective and irresponsible behaviour with employees. My best suggestion is do not waste your valuable time in this company. If you join you will lose your career.

It's a good company, very friendly work environment attaching new system.. always working fresh things.. work team is good.

It's a bad management and administration team. Salary was not get on time. Forget the Hike, company was different organization is different.. credit salary is different..

Actually 1 star also waste, but there is no option for 0 star, no likes only dislikes

Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .
