Team lead here are good who will support you but even they can't save you from draconian company policies which are applicable only to employees.

1. Policies that are only applicable for employees. 2. No salary slip. 3. No PF 4. No paid leave 5. Don' t expect relieving or experience letter even if you serve notice period. 6. Notice period starts when the company decides to start and not when you put the paper (as per their international law) 7. Owner run this company as per their whims and fancy

im in medical leave because serious health issue but they terminated me as reason abscond... i try to re join but they told age bar for this job.

Less chance of getting promoted. New joiners will always have higher package than you. This creates disparity among the employees. Company should look after internal talent to resolve this disparity

Network need to be improved as we running business through distribution hence they are facing lot challenges in the market which every single call I need to involve requires at least on DST support so that we can managed the situation
