Hi everyone omega is very nice place to work.more security for girls.but low salary .and night shift too.its make health issues.salary very low compare to Bangalore and Chennai omega . otherwise good.and HR department change our company rules and regulations for our need.not recruting HR department.after we finished training.one HR responsible for one project.if any queries they are not properly responsible for employers.so employee get some hurting in trichy omega night shift.otherwise good.

The level of training that they give at omega medical healthcare is so professional that even after completion our job there we will have a prestigious feeling of working for an international BPO.

The salary is based on the completion of target just like any other AR calling company which would increase the stress levels for anyone who is working for a long term.

...hey have a capacity to determine employee capacity without giving working acess.when employee ask the reasons strongly they will cut your call and never pick your call and simply hold your salary.If you are doing WFH then they think you cannot reach them.There is no Hr helpdesk team also available for this company.So my friends please don't join this organisation and don't weast your time and efforts for this organisation.

...tted for having been an employee in Omega especially in this pandemic situation. Many employees were set aloof without work and also salary was not given citing a reason that they could not provide system due to lockdown.

Worst company in the market. Your hard work and talent would never be recognized if you do not stand in favour to the superior. Yes you guessed right. You should nod your head for their views even if it seems stupid.😂
