Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.

Hi everyone omega is very nice place to work.more security for girls.but low salary .and night shift too.its make health issues.salary very low compare to Bangalore and Chennai omega . otherwise good.and HR department change our company rules and regulations for our need.not recruting HR department.after we finished training.one HR responsible for one project.if any queries they are not properly responsible for employers.so employee get some hurting in trichy omega night shift.otherwise good.

I had a Good experience here and friendly HR team, I will suggest Omega healthcare to start your work carer on medical billing field. you will get good training on medical billing in Omega.

In Omega salary hike will be less, and u have to do buckting to grow in this company.. you have to face lot of politics here :) but comparing to other companies Omega is good to start your carer in medical field.

Team leader is very partial salary was very less no variable pay work environment is average no sports and gym.

Omega Healthcare is my first ever company i joined after finishing my Under Graduate. It was an beautiful place to work, and then Omega will be good support to the Graduate peoples. There will be a working atmosphere of that office is too good. I loved it but some personal issues i came out from the Omega Heaven.

Dislike things are not gonna be happen for me at the work station. But salary will be the very low on the initiation of the work in that company. So we gonna stay strong for in that company in so many years the appraisal will be gets higher from the any other Company.
