...bad experience. No personal life , no career growth. Work pressure is very high. Company wants to take work from employees in day & night and pay very low salary. Salary Didn't come on time.

Job sequirity zero percent. Any time transfer. No system & No process. Fake commitment. Learning for only fresher employees otherwise experienced person can not be learn something new. I can proof all my points strongly. you can discuss with resigned employee & which person, those are out of this company & worked om logistics

My company has good work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from all my colleagues. I also improve my skills from this company. I get full work satisfaction from this company.

Compensation and benefits is very poor. Average work-life balance. Salary is not good only for telecom sector.

Office Timing is Good. 9.30 to 6.00 pm and salary always on time.

Job Security is nothing, Company growth is Nil, Politics and Politician always on high, Many Staff Resigned due to Senior behaviour. Overall Bad Experience for me and My friend.

Deserving employees not got promotions in om logistics Ltd and growth in his career i am working since last 9 years to till time handling overall responsibility day and night any time stands for company but company does not looking my honesty & hardwork not got single promotion or good increment.
