Company is growing very fast , it is good ..Company salary increment is also good ..

Dislikes

Duty timings , hierarchy not being followed, company is not treating their management on data basis , all about PR with directors ...The unit who is performing well his unit manager work efficiency is not satisfactory as per the company, which is joke of the day ...

There is full freedom for employees.

Dislikes

Nothing is Special in om sweets because there is no management . Managers are not so qualified and all employees work there for money not for company growth because company didn't have good future for employees . Thank you

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
