No Development, no training skills, If you come from Refenece then your job is safe because in Bikanervala lots of People's comes from Higher Sources of the Management, Politics is very high in Bikanervala.Lots of Uneducated and dis manner people's working here. I seen lots of Managers here who's doesn't known how the Operate the systems. Only internaly reference people work here , nobody ask them anything if you come from management reference.but if you come through walk-in then you face lots of problems here, no one can corporate with you.They don't respect the new person who join recently,and management can't listen to your concern at all. Overall my Experience is not Soo good for this company.

... you cannot expect that you could upgrade ur skil here an got good appraisals. Salary comes on time. This is good feature of company.

Lack of opportunity to grow, increment is not on basis of performance but peraonal relation.

It is a good company. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but Growth is very slow.

...ble Management 2) No proper chain of command 3) Internal Politics 4) No growth 5) Very Low Package 6) Employees are not Qualified enough and are hired based on Experience. 7) Even the Head of Department of SALES team is not an MBA but a B.Tech in Computers science. 8) No innovation whatsoever 9) Unrealistic targets for Sales Team 10) Supervisors are abuse their power and authority over Employees.

Brand image and product quality is good. There is lot of potential to grow overall work culture is good, salary and other benefits ate on time. A nice company to work.

Dislikes

Lots of politics on senior lavel, appraisal and promotion are very late, no value of their employees
