Dislikes

Slow growth and on job training process is not here. Due to this being a supervisor, i have to take a personal call to skill my team mets. Most of the tine i get appriciation from my superiors and directors, but by word only and might overlooked while annual apprisal since it's not as black and white.

Team members I worked with were very co operative and very helpful, it is very nice place to work and you will get full work satisfaction there. Appraisal is on your out put and your ability. Overall review for this company is very good.

Dislikes

As all the 5 fingers are not same like that in this organization also some of the staffs are playing politics with new joined, required training will be provided by your senior manager. Traveling is very hectic for me to travel from virar to either Ghansoli or Vikhroli.
