For now work from home, once the company starts calling people to office many people will quit. this co pays money for paid reviews

...their money, no support from senior management again it seems it does not exist. Salary structure is also sketchy, some team/dept are paid more just because they are favorite of senior management. Bascially you would be on your own in this company and be ready for decrease in your salary. Please avoid this company and look for other choices where your work would be appreciated

My entire experience with this company is totally pathetic. But I learnt from this company many bad and good things , best part of this company is both side cab facilities, eight hours working and worse part is every month salary too much delay , too much politics . Over all bad experienced.

Managements decision to keep the work from home culture permanent. Work from home gives you more work life and personal life balance hence you can be more productive at both sides. I have to admit that here you find the best incentive plan that i don't think another organizations offering currently.
