There is no job security, if there is no business we have to do the daily business, regularly we meet the new dealers.

No timings for office come at 9.30 and leave at 9 at night.Its 12 hrs duty after going to home forced to do work from home.not respect to employees just go to work and giving mental pressure till work ends especially TL City Head and channel sales.no weekoffs if the target doesn't completes.Eachn every employees organisation gives PIP by HR but HR changes month on month and there policy changes.Takibg advantage of employees as they ve responsiblities on their head and no cooperation with the employees.

They only promote those who really like and The biggest reason for the closure of the Olx Autos company was that they eliminated the leadership and made everything individuals and everyone's experience became zero.

Dislikes

Mostly everyday they say u to extend the shift. Every day new target and they know u can’t beat that easily so u have to extend till team target achieved. Even GM will pressure u and sone on floor and seat that no one go home till achieve targets. They don’t care how much u have to travel to go home.
