Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

The only thing that I liked here is the salary it is higher than the competitors.

Job security - everyday you have to live with fear of lay off, the company culture is sick they enter new segment and just close the division jeopardizing the career of their employees.

There was no job security, I'm very upset that ola isn't giving any opportunity for join ola I'll definitely join.

Many people's will think that Ola is just for booking cabs, but no bcuz it also have a internal schem like insurance sales, ELectric Vehicle development, passion.

If peoples book a cab, without knowing them Ola will generate the policies and force them to pay the premium for the same.

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees
