Nothing. The company is full with stupid, out dated and old managers(at leadership level).

Dislikes

The company doesn't give salary on time. Want employee to travel 25 days in a month from his own money. Travel reimbursement is never done on time and whenever it's done their is illogical deduction. The company wants sales team to act like collection agents and goons. They least interested is solving dealers and customers problems. The scooters which are being manufactured are of third class category. Broken and damaged scooters are being delivered to the dealers. If the sales employee is not able to collect money from the dealer or is not able to make new dealer in any area (due to poor scooter performance and bad company image) than he/she is harassed personally to that level where the resignation is the only solution

Not much, it's not an OEM, they're gadget manufacturers at present, lead by a veteran FMCG person.

Dislikes

...their policies are anti-employee, TA/DA is battery industry equivalent or worse. You'll never recieve variable pay and forget about incentives.

The work environment is toxic,with no opportunities for carrier growth or salary increment.There is a high work pressure stric time management policy(e.g.being 1menitue late results in half day salary deduction.) and no employee benifits no job security.If you are willing to accept these condition this company might to be a place to work,though it's not conducive professional and personal growth.

Freedom to self learning because there is no support from company

Dislikes

Never credit salary on time even on payrole. Poor management. No life & job security at field job. Forcefully implementation of rules on employees. Deduction of reimbursement. Overall worst mistake of my life to join this organization.
