I heard about the EY employee's death because of work pressure, which lead me to write this review. Job Security, if you are good at what they are expecting from you. Skill development and learning are good, but after a point of time you will get repetitive work and you will not have any creative work to do. If an old application has a feature in an obsolete way, they will keep following the same for future applications too, so no creative approach thinking.

Dislikes

All your good things will be counted on the day you resign to clap on, and they will make you count your mistakes when you ask for promotion or appraisal. If you did something good it's because of management and if you failed to deliver it's on you. It doesn't matter if you complete your work on time or not, they judge employees on who spends more hours in the office. You will get assigned a lot of work on friday, so you need to work over the weekend very frequently.

You get a good learning exposure.

Dislikes

You are on your own. No trainings for a new joinee. Immediately you would have to start working on projects. No work life balance and would be required to work other than the office hours on daily basis.
