More than 14 hours a day work. no salary in time. poor HR and management Oiling Buttering to seniors is a mandatory Seniors knows better than you, though he can be a labour and you are a genius.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend boss calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I joined as a trainee and I must say for a beginner this company is 1/1000 . You will get all the basic knowledge about site from the root how everything works and mostly you will get the idea about the construction culture. If you are a good performer you job is secure 100%. But as everyone need a boost on his career after some time so that he or she could feel that word promotion is what missing. For a smooth runner company is ok.

Employees work is not appriciated in terms of salary hike. That doesn't mean you won't get appraisal. You will get appraisal like amount of salt in a curry.

Nothing I like about offshore as it is the worst company towards its employees

...regarding job to do and they will use every engineer as a data entry operator. In every other company employees will rather get hike or salary will be maintained but in Offshore your salary will be deducted without any information regarding deduction and they can't even provide any explanation for the questions you ask about deductions. Salary will not be provided on time and regional partiality is more in Offshore. Company will terminate employees without any prior notice or without any information and you will not even get proper settlement or certificate after getting terminated. I have worked for 20 hours per day on the first month of my joining and I got admitted in hospital for 15days because of that work and no one took care of me from company side regarding my health and even my salary was deducted for that. Overall my experience in this company is worst.

Management are good but staff internal politics like statewise,salary good but yearly salary increment not possible,career growth is slow
