Dislike list is long one important was salary never get salary on time no work and life balance also HR representative take money of foods which they never return to you if they have to pay to you After relieving from job no one is going to entertain and you are not gonna paid the full dues get ready for deduction which has no where written in there rule books.

Demerits No salary hike according to seniority, improper salary fixation procedure, improper delegation of authority, improper interview procedure, No Overtime salary, inequity of wages, Improper planning work procedure schedule, maintenance, improper operation procedure maintaining working parameters and chemical treatments.
