Demerits No salary hike according to seniority, improper salary fixation procedure, improper delegation of authority, improper interview procedure, No Overtime salary, inequity of wages, Improper planning work procedure schedule, maintenance, improper operation procedure maintaining working parameters and chemical treatments. Check list of wastage spare parts....etc and findings the cause of the damage before expiry. Lack of instrincic and extrinsic motivation......etc etc...
