Your job is secure here. Because they themselves aren't working and progressing. They are relying on years old pipelines to make ASR work. Mostly they do manual corrections for clients by listening to audio and writing translations. They have zero scope for ML and AI research. Their max efforts could be to reach someone out after few years and take their working pipeline. The max skill set you can expect from seniors is to debug a python code. So if you are to chill around in life It is a good place with no work and only manual translation workload

No organization of work No dockerization No stand ups or meetings Toxic work culture Biased CEO and seniors who may end up bullying you cursing you or even after intoxication try to rag you. Entire company is degrading. Do not dare to step in here. I know life can be tough I was jobless when I accepted this role but trust me I was better as Jobless. Now I have a job with MNCs! Wasted my life and learning time here
