Just because of few staff we had to go though so mY problem and as a whole branch is struggling my promotion is due ,are audi was bad thou we didn't have a major mistake on my role still because of it we vl nt get promotion are rate individual contribution is smashed

Same low salary lot of work and press the difference we get on are role is high and a rm earn in lakh workes earn in hundred tooo bad this is from heart ,we can do operation + sales but who get recozinced and rewards not we it truely sad

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

Other than job stability and company value there's no benefits at all

...ng a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.
