If you are in a good team and have a good manager, you can bear with the company. Otherwise its not how it should be.

... has totally illogical policies. Specially never join this company as an intern. It will make you work like any other employee but at the time of experience, hike, payment etc, it won't even consider your efforts. There is not hike or extra perks associated with promotion. If you are promoted its your bad luck because your responsibilities would increase but not your payment. They will make promises for certain pay plus or bonuses, but they will revoke whenever they want. If you are an intern, even your birthday wouldn't be counted, unlike any Full time employee. As a summary, if you fall into a good team with good manager you can somhow survive, otherwise its not a good and dependable company to work for.

Good % hike while offering a job. However, once they find anyone with less pay with more years of experience, they will revoke the offer even 2 days before the joining date. one of my teammate got fired just because they found a new replacement with less pay. many of XAAS team VPs were fired because they questioned on estimation reduction plan of Management.

hire and fire structure. almost all team works like 12 hours + per day and 6 days week . company over commits to clients then with half of resource they struggle to complete the work with bad quality. if any one question on the estimation then they should be ready to be fired

Ever since the change in the management the company is the epitome of unstable. Not only is your job security at risk but also your compensation.

Dislikes

There’s a huge , an absolute appalling pay parity issue in the organisation for each role which creates such a negative atmosphere for employees to work but the company doesn’t seem to acknowledge it. It’s unfortunate to see such a negative shift in the organisation dynamic from what it used to be.
