Good % hike while offering a job. However, once they find anyone with less pay with more years of experience, they will revoke the offer even 2 days before the joining date. one of my teammate got fired just because they found a new replacement with less pay. many of XAAS team VPs were fired because they questioned on estimation reduction plan of Management.

The company is open to let you design your own development arc. The office is really cool and they pay well. The food and snacks are on the house. They provide ample opportunities for skill development in a limited tech stack.

Company has platform and project teams. Project teams are mostly created for delivery to various clients and as such are always on a tight schedule. Upper management over commits the deliveries and thus puts pressure on the delivery units. The tech-stack is limited and obsolete. There is nothing to learn after a year. The product-project layering makes it difficult to achieve something new for the project teams on their own.
