1. Management. They do not have any technical knowledge about the Structural area. Even they place the wrong estimate to the client (i.e. estimate 40 hours for the 90-hour project). 2. I am facing a shortage of resources and need to work on 4 to 5 projects simultaneously to complete and submit the drawings/ files on time without assistance. 3. When on vacation, need to check and answer emails on time.
