Overall experience was good in my past 7 years, specially like the policies of the Ocwen, the way Ocwen care about the employees security and health it was undoubtedly awesome. Work culture was super.

Toxic work environment Toxic manager and colleagues No training given Appraisal takes hell lot of time to reflect in salary slip. They say hybrid and give permanent WFH. Repeated harrasment at workplace. Using bad language by manager.

No appraisals - hire and fire management. Absolute no salary hike and no promotions even working for 6 years.
