2. They will not pay you on time. 3. Poor management, no job security. They can kick you anytime, without even having proper justification. 4. No growth oppertunity as management is not good and don't stick to the decision made by themselves. 5. I laughed for 1 entire day wheni got to know that, people got 500-600 as annual increment. Haha 6. Don't join the company, there is no work life balance, no job security, NO PF, NO medical insurance, no cab, no employee satisfaction, no growth. No job security.

...s are 12th pass so have bad culture of mostly people smoking and abusing nearby.well top performer gets appraisal of RS 500 in salary.No wfh even if your profile allows you Anytime they can get up and say now come in night shift or don't come from tomorrow.Office gate is closed for 9 hrs and you can't step out.You need to work on all Indian holidays and national holidays too.If you think anything worst is left then you are wrong.this co. Gets worst day by day
