Many activities and Indian culture especially state wise culture is respected and celebrated. Yoga, Mental stress relief, Fun Fridays and many more activities are followed which keeps the employees engaged.

Salary and promotion is worst. If you come with a hike you won't get promotions till 4 years. Whole year there will be performance but no such hike as expected which demotivates the employee working style. No canteen service is there, i.e if you have forgotten tiffin or you want to have lunch you need to pre-organise it while coming to station or else no scope. Conveyance is not there, you need to put your own money. No such extra perks you get, only extra work.

Ocs always support us any how,so I love this company, after a few days of a gap this company sent for us a training team and they organized a training session to teach us like safety and other equipment how we apply them.
