We get an opportunity to familiarize with most modern equipments and there mode of operation depending upon the site.some site employees have nothing to do as 'work' because ocs into facility management .some site have alot of work to it will give u a great learning experience.

Worst management as they dont care about there employees, salary package and salary date varies depending upon the site ,i got salary 10 or 12th of the month.fake promises and dont value there employees.they dont even issue experience certificate if the management dont like u .

...lift repair , and beam replacement work these all work is in our out of scope . And they don't give us a extra pay for those work . Also here no increment since 3 year. Before a month I have live the job. this job really help me in bad times. But now I have to talk real situation . 🙏

Good work on OCS field. Teammates of management team are supportive. Only problem of salary. Salary is very less than till expences.

Nice job.....only salary is less than 13000/-.have to increase salary....above 15000/-

...rtificate for the training classes. It was very helpful for my carrier growth .And they were providing good salary during my service. And also good environment in my site because i felt good relationship with client. Job security is good .Life and Work balance is not bad because i was traveling so far.Overall I am satisfied while i'm doing job with this company.

Site location is didn't comfortable for me because i were traveling so far. By this i didn't do proper carring for my family . I didn't get any medical insurance in the right time.

Ocs is a multinational company overall experience is good and but salary is very low that work combination... Career growth is very low.....

Combination is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very low I have work 8 to 9 hours..
