...Operations Dept. other dept are good. But in Ops and as a TL you are like slave. Whenever they want they deduct salary and can not give proper explanation

everything is good. the office culture is also good this job and company good as a starter in corporate.

all good but salary instructure is also some time bad in 10k and 11k is not enough for experienced worker.

...ortgage is the example of growth. Working culture is respective and responsible. Talk about salary is very good and on time

There is no cafeteria in building campus, and we have to eat unhealthy street food, because this our most of employee suffer from health issues.I request to make a small stall in campus. No sufficient space for parking. Only some vehicle are parked in the available space. There is no proper lanyard .

I only like two days off a week and nothing else.

The management here is very poor, there are no facilities, there is no canteen, the salary is very low, there is no appraisal, there are no cab facilities either.

...lture.i joined ocrolus but staff and TL behavioral like we are work on tea shop. Please don't join this company this company cut lotts of salary dection.Tottaly target job if you not achieve target company may terminate you.mostly company in udyog vihar(gurgaon) have fraud type company.Some type company cheat salary.lotts of deduction hidden.in udyog vihar in gurgaon also include in ocrolus east.lwant to say if not trusted my word your can join and try this company.
