I only like two days off a week and nothing else.

The management here is very poor, there are no facilities, there is no canteen, the salary is very low, there is no appraisal, there are no cab facilities either.

Agr aapko leaves chaiye toh uss bare m sirf kuch hi TL acche h lekin baaki ke TL and manager ko farak nhi padta ki aapki leaves lene ki kya mazboori h. One more thing. Agar aap unko regular drink or party dete rahte ho toh aapko leaves mil jayengi. Or baat sirf leave ki hi nhi h. Company is good, colleague is so friendly and they help a lot, the seniors are also helpful.

Work life balance is not so good, they give pressure for working in national holiday, Example> They apply 2x or 3x payout for national holiday for the 90 or 95% of team attendance, if someone take holiday for that particular day than no one will get extra payout, they create that type of situation if you take holiday for that particular day than you feel guilty. The main reason is company basic payout is very less, verifiers depends on incentive that why they work so hard to achieve that type of amount so they can run their home. The most of the people work in night, they do not provide cab. If you have personal vehicle than its okay, but if you have not than it is very difficult and dangerous for reach your home at 4 A.M in morning.
